We take residential work where it fits around the commercial schedule, and we run it the same way: a site visit, a written quote with the visits counted, and the same crew from start to finish.
- Full bathroom or kitchen renovation with new cabinetry and doors

How we price it
Site visit, then one written quote
Residential jobs are quoted as one figure for the scope after a site visit. Larger renovations are broken into stages with a price for each, so you know what is being done and when.
- Scope and visit count spelled out on the estimate, so return trips are planned, not added after.
- Supplies included where we supply. Where you supply, the estimate says install only.
- Work against a purchase order stays on the PO. Anything outside it is quoted as an extra before it is done.
- Prices in Canadian dollars plus GST, and PST where it applies.
