Board, tape, texture and paint, with the return visits it takes to do them properly.
New drywall
Board supplied and installed on new partitions and openings, taped and finished ready for texture and paint.
Patching & repairs
Openings closed in, damage patched, corners rebuilt after door, frame or hardware work.
Texture to match
Texture blended to the existing finish. We say up front when an exact match is not possible on an old ceiling.
Painting
Walls, frames and trim painted after texture, with the return visit planned into the quote.
Temporary protection
Floors and adjacent finishes protected while the dusty work happens in an occupied building.
Tile base & trim
Tile base and trim removed for the work and reinstalled after, so the finished wall reads as one piece.

What this looks like on site
Drywall is a multi-visit trade: board one day, tape the next, back for texture, back for paint. We plan those visits into the quote rather than surprising you with them.
- Closing in an opening after a door is removed and matching the texture on both sides

How we price it
Site visit, then one written quote
Drywall and paint are quoted by the scope with the number of visits written in. Small patches carry a minimum site visit; larger areas are priced as one figure for the finished result.
- Scope and visit count spelled out on the estimate, so return trips are planned, not added after.
- Supplies included where we supply. Where you supply, the estimate says install only.
- Work against a purchase order stays on the PO. Anything outside it is quoted as an extra before it is done.
- Prices in Canadian dollars plus GST, and PST where it applies.
