Doors and hardware are a core part of what we do. We install for general contractors, suppliers, health authorities, municipalities and facility managers, on new construction, tenant improvements and service calls.
What is included
Openings, start to finish
Every part of a commercial opening, from the frame going in to the closer being adjusted after the building is occupied.
New doors & frames
Hollow metal, wood and aluminum doors and frames. Hung plumb, swinging clean, latching on the first try. One door or a whole floor of them.
Hardware install & upgrades
Closers, exit devices, levers, hinges, kick plates and thresholds. Installed to the hardware schedule, or specified for you when there isn't one.
Automatic door operators
Door and frame prep, hardware and operator installs on accessible entrances, coordinated with our operator technician partner so the door and the opener are commissioned together.
Fire-rated & healthcare openings
Hospitals, clinics, care homes and civic buildings, where labels, latching and closers have to be right for inspection and stay right under daily use.
Repairs & adjustments
Sagging doors, failed closers, damaged frames, washroom and yard doors. Quick visits for the small stuff, return trips scheduled for anything that needs parts.
Door & hardware supply
New commercial doors and hardware through our supplier network, plus quality pre-owned doors when the budget or the timeline calls for it.
Supplied by others? No problem.
We install product you have already bought and source it when you haven't. Estimates say which is which, so nothing gets bought twice.

How we price it
Site visit, then one written quote
Door work is priced per opening or per visit depending on the job. Single-door service calls carry a minimum site visit. Multi-door packages are quoted as one figure for the scope, with the number of visits written in.
- Scope and visit count spelled out on the estimate, so return trips are planned, not added after.
- Supplies included where we supply. Where you supply, the estimate says install only.
- Work against a purchase order stays on the PO. Anything outside it is quoted as an extra before it is done.
- Prices in Canadian dollars plus GST, and PST where it applies.
