CRC Contracting is a Lower Mainland commercial contractor. Every job is quoted from a site visit and run by the same crew from the first visit to the last.

We win work by being the crew that shows up. Owners, contractors and facility managers call us back because the work passes inspection, the finishes match and the site looks like we were never there.
Most of what we do is commercial: tenant improvements for gyms, restaurants, bars, retail and offices, and door and hardware work on new construction and in occupied buildings. Around that sits the drywall, millwork and finishing every job needs, and the renovation work that comes from people who have seen us on a commercial site.
Quotes are written, visits are counted, and extras are agreed before they are built. If something is not right, you hear it from us first.

Based in Maple Ridge. On sites in Vancouver, Surrey, Maple Ridge, White Rock and everywhere between, most weeks of the year. Multi-site and multi-visit work is normal for us: return trips are planned into the quote, not added after.

Tell us the site, what you are building or fixing, and when you need it done. Drawings and photos help, but are not required.
Site visit
We walk the space, measure, and confirm what is in our scope and what is supplied by whom before anything is priced.
One written quote
Scope and visit count spelled out. Supplies included where we supply. Work against a PO stays on the PO; extras are called extras.
Crew on site
The same crew start to finish. Issues get flagged before they cost you money, and the site is left clean.
