Typical jobs
What this looks like on site
Most cabinet jobs are part of something bigger: a renovation, a build-out, a repair. Having the same crew handle the millwork and the finishing around it keeps the schedule short.
- Kitchen and washroom cabinetry on a residential renovation
- Staff-room and storage millwork on a commercial tenant improvement
- Installing cabinets supplied by the owner or the general contractor
- Custom built-ins and shelving to a designer's drawing
How we price it
Site visit, then one written quote
Cabinetry is quoted per job from the drawing or a site measure, supply and install or install only. Custom pieces are priced once the design is confirmed.
- Scope and visit count spelled out on the estimate, so return trips are planned, not added after.
- Supplies included where we supply. Where you supply, the estimate says install only.
- Work against a purchase order stays on the PO. Anything outside it is quoted as an extra before it is done.
- Prices in Canadian dollars plus GST, and PST where it applies.
